We are a family company and don’t always manage to keep huge stockpiles of stamps on hand. Sometimes it will take us a week or two to complete orders. However we do have small mountains of Scrap booking papers in our lounge room. Please buy large orders of papers so we can find the carpet! This would clear the way for some of the many new designs we want to get printed.
Payment
To pay by credit card, please tick the Cheque & money order box. All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services tax (GST). You can pay by your choice of Credit Card, cheque, money order or direct bank deposit. Remember to pay by credit card, please tick the Cheque & money order box. Then simply call us or email us your phone number so we can speak to you to get your card number etc. You can also email your Credit Card Number. For security you should send the number split over two emails on seperate occasions. Cheques should be made out to “Matelda Bay Pty. Ltd” and mailed to 149 Kitty's Lead Road Napoleons Victoria Australia 3352. If you are ordering from overseas, please don’t use the direct deposit option as our bank charges us a $10 fee.
Please add the following amount to your order for postage and handling. Within Australia, one to ten stamps will be $3.00, eleven to fifty stamps will add $6.00. Once you add Acrylic Blocks or Scrapbooking Papers, you will move into the $10 postage category.
